Our story begins with over three decades of service in the Chicago Police Department, where our founder built an unmatched record in tactical operations, gang enforcement, investigations, and high-risk incident management.
During this time, our leadership worked closely with city departments, community leaders, and law enforcement agencies to create effective safety strategies. From gang house enforcement and vacant building security to coordinating multi-agency responses during civil unrest, the experience gained in these roles shaped the values and operating standards that define ACE’S Security today.
